I.L.P.A.P. (Greek: Ηλεκτροκίνητα Λεωφορεία Περιοχής Αθηνών – Πειραιώς Η.Λ.Π.Α.Π. - Electric Buses of Athens & Piraeus Area) is a public Greek company, part of the general Athens Mass Transit System (O.A.S.A.), responsible for the operation of the trolley buses network.

ILPAP was founded on December 14, 1970. It has 23 trolleybus routes which cover more than 350 kilometers in Athens and Piraeus area. The fleet consists of 366 trolleybuses, 51 of which are articulated. 12 million kilometers are covered and 80 million passengers are transported per year. The company has about 1600 employees (as of July 2007).
