Ilona Gusenbauer (née Majdan, born September 16, 1947) is an Austrian athlete who mainly competed in the high jump.
She was born in Gummersbach, Germany.
She competed for Austria in the women's high jump at the 1972 Summer Olympics held in Munich, Germany, where she won the bronze medal.
