Ilhéu de Cima (in Cape Verdean Creole, written in ALUPEC: Djeu di Sima) is part of the Ilhéus Secos islet group. Its location is in the east and it represents the second largest islet of the chain. They are administratively a part of the municipality of Brava. The island is a volcanic seamount.

The islet contains dry grasslands and rocky coastlines. Its length is around 600 to 800 from southwest to northeast and the width is approximately 200 to 300 m from east to west. The islet features a bay in its northeast side. Two islets lie to the west and another one by its only bay.

The islet can definitely be seen from the northern part of Brava and in the northern Fontainhas mountain range. The islets can rarely be seen in the higher elevations of the western part of the island of Fogo.
