Ilford South is a constituency represented in the House of Commons of the Parliament of the United Kingdom. It elects one Member of Parliament (MP) by the first past the post system of election.

Ilford South comprises the southern part of the town of Ilford, including Cranbrook, Seven Kings,and Goodmayes, in the London Borough of Redbridge. It is bordered to the east by Barking and to the north by Ilford North.
