I've added a substantial amount of information about the surgical procedure and pouch behaviour... I plan to add more, and some illustrations. I have a pouch myself, and know a lot about the medical procedure from both the extensive literature available from the Red Lion group, directly from medics and surgeons at St. Mark's hospital, and from personal experience.
