'Il Gnosh' is the Italian restaurant owned by Tony Hutchinson, who is the chef along with his brother Dom. Though it has undergone many different incarnations over the years, it appears that this version is here to stay. Originally, Tony also owned the Octagon across the street, intending to expand his business, but he eventually sold it to Max and O.B to start their juice bar. Il Gnosh is where many of the students at both Hollyoaks Comprehensive and HCC try to find work, with a two of its past employees being Jessica Harris and Sasha Valentine. Currently working there, apart from Tony and Dom, is Jacqui Malota, neé McQueen, Tony's partner, and her sister, Mercedes.
