Iktaba (Arabic: إكتابا) is a Palestinian town located four kilometers east of the city of Tulkarm in the Tulkarm Governorate in the northern West Bank. According to the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics (PCBS), the town had a population of approximately 2,000 inhabitants in mid-year 2006.[1] Refugees make-up 33% of the entire population in 1997.[2]
