Ikayaki

Ikayaki (いか焼き, イカ焼き or 烏賊焼? lit. baked squid) is a popular fast food in Osaka, Japan. It is like folded crêpes and made of chopped squid, hard dough, sauce and sometimes egg. An ikayaki shop in Snack Park of Hanshin Department Store (Umeda, Osaka) is the most famous.
There are same named dish in Tokyo and similarly named dish Takoyaki (たこ焼き?) in Osaka, but they do not bear any resemblance.
