[edit] Ice Hockey Supporters Association UK
The Ice Hockey Supporters Association UK was created in April 2005 by a group of fans disgruntled with the mess that is British Ice Hockey. Initially formed in response to the news that the Bracknell Bees owner John Nike was pulling out of the sport, which in turn signalled the collapse of the British National League. The original intention was, and remains, the integration of all the sports competing clubs into one unified structure.
Despite a promising beginning, and much discussion, the association lost momentum, and is currently suspended, having been replaced by the British Ice Hockey Supporters Association
