Ihor Surkis (Ukrainian: Ігор Суркіс) is an Ukrainian businessman best known for his leadership of Dynamo Kyiv. His brother, Grigory, is the head of the Ukrainian FA. [1]

During a cup match against Karpaty Lviv in 2006, opposing fans hurled anti-semitic insults at Surkis. It resulted in a USD $5,000 fine for their club.[1]
