[edit] "Non-free use rationale"

After getting a message apparently from a robot, I reviewed the matter and pages related to the template cited.

The template does not appear to be needed on the Iguana Entertainment page, which is the only page that currently uses the image. For example, the Apple Inc. article uses the company's logo without such a "fair use" template.

This image is protected under United States copyright law, which also allows "fair use" such as the strictly "functional use" made herein (identifing the company).

[edit] Affirmation

The template text is completely cryptic, making completely unclear whatever I need to do to satiate the robot.

Just for the record, I hereby affirm that this image meets all 10 requirements set forth at Wikipedia:NFCC. - Johnlogic (talk) 19:40, 24 February 2008 (UTC)
