Can someone confirm this is the same Igor Dmitriyevich Novikov as was head of the biathlon governing body for a number of years? It just doesn't mention it here (or source it in that article), and I'd like to be sure we don't have a mis-link. Alai 16:44, 13 February 2007 (UTC)
