Talk:Igo Chico

[edit] REQUEST FOR MORE INFORMATION
(I just created the wiki.) The wiki may look like a stub, or just a useless musical promotion. However, Igo Chico is an amazing and overlooked musician of the later part of the 20th century. That's easily recognizable from his recordings, I don't want to sound like a fool, but trust me I KNOW THESE THINGS: the guy is amazing.
Problem is, there's hardly any information available about him, that I can find.
Even the CD re-releases (of the original vinyls) of Africa 70 recordings contain ZERO information about him, or about any of the other performers for that matter. There's no credits, other than the editorial write-ups that use prose to describe the material, and occasionally mention Tony Allen and Igo Chico by name.
It's a sad state of affairs. Obviously, if anyone can really do this wiki JUSTICE, by all means go ahead. Obviously.
[edit] notable solos
It might seem like I just "threw those out there" as two solos. But I actually mentioned them because of their merits. There's a bunch of other solos that he played for various tunes, but those two I think are the best to mention for an informational, encyclopedic entry.
