Igor Sklyarov (born 31 August 1966) is a former Russian footballer.

Igor grew up in Russia,playing soccer his whole life, and eventually got the chance to play in the 1988 Olympics with the USSR. He helped his team win the gold in the Olympics. He won 1 cap for the Russia national football team in 1993.
He married his wife Natalia Yurchenko, who is a former Olympic Gymnast. The family moved to the USA, settling in Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania where Igor coaches year round soccer and Natalia is a gymnastics coach.
