Igor Pashkevich is a retired competitive Russian figure skater. He won the World Junior Figure Skating Championships in 1990 for the Soviet Union. He later represented Russia at the European Championships, where he placed second in 1996. After that, he also represented Azerbaijan and won the bronze medal at the 1997 Grand Prix of France and the silver at that year's Sparkassen Cup. Pashkevich coached Angela Nikodinov and was injured in the car accident that killed her mother. He currently works as an ISU Technical Specialist.
