Igor Lukanin (born 3 February 1976 in Yekaterinburg, Russia) is an Azerbaijani ice dancer. He was born in Russia and previously competed for Germany with Ksenya Smetanenko. He then moved to Azerbaijan, where he competed with Jenny Dahlen for two years. He teamed up with Kristin Fraser in 2000 and the pair have been skating together ever since. They have been steadily moving up the ranks, going from 19th to 14th at the World Figure Skating Championships, and have twice been placed ninth at the European Figure Skating Championships. They represented Azerbaijan at the 2002 and 2006 Winter Olympics. They are coached by Shae-Lynn Bourne and Nikolai Morozov. Lukanin married 2000 World Junior Champion Daria Timoshenko in 2000.
Lukanin was the flag bearer for Azerbaijan at the 2006 Winter Olympics.
