Igor Jovičić

Igor Jovičić (b. February 16, 1964 in Zagreb) was the first and the last Secretary General of Serbia and Montenegro. As of 2007 he is the State Secretary of Defence of Serbian Ministry of Defence in the Government of Serbia.

Graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Zagreb. Passed his bar examination in Belgrade. From 1997 served as Federal Administrative Inspector at the Federal Ministry of Justice and from 2000 as Deputy Secretary General of the Federal Government. Holds the office of the State secretary at the Ministry of defence of the Republic of Serbia. Speaks English. Married and a father of one child.
