Ignacio Rodriguez-Iturbe

Ignacio Rodriguez-Iturbe is an American scientist and is James S. McDonnell Distinguished University Professor at Princeton University. Having received many awards and recognitions, he received the 2002 Stockholm Water Prize for his role in developing the science of hydrology.
He is a member of the US National Committee for the International Institute for Applied System Analysis since 2004.
He believes in evolutionary theory and global warming. He rejects intelligent design on a purely scientific basis.
Rodriguez-Iturbe was born in Venezuela.
