Carlos Ignacio Fernández Lobbe (born 20 November 1974 in Buenos Aires) is an Argentine rugby union footballer. He currently plays with English side, the Sale Sharks in the Guinness Premiership. He has also represented Argentina on numerous occasions, including at the 1999, 2003 and 2007 Rugby World Cups.
He previously played for Castres, Bordeaux and the Liceo Naval club, moving to Sale for the 2004-05 season, where he would make his debut against Connacht.
He has a baby daughter.
Announced in early April 2008 that he is to join Northampton Saints for the 08/09 Guinness premiership season.
