Description	This is an image of the character Jiggers, from the animated children's series Iggy Arbuckle. The image is specifically taken from the episode "When Iggy Met Jiggers/One Fine Day"; in particular, the segment "When Iggy Met Jiggers".
Source	As stated above, I the uploader (User: Wilhelmina Will) took this screenshot myself using Power DVD while watching the episode on my computer.

Portion used	The entire image. I the uploader had difficulty taking this image with Power DVD, which is why it's so small.
Low resolution?	Since the image measures at (136 x 122 pixels, file size: 5 KB, MIME type: image/jpeg), it is pretty safe to declare that this image is low-resolution. This helps to protect the copyright of the show from being infringed by copyright pirates, who might use a high-resolution image to reproduce into multiple copies, which they then migh redistribute for profit.
Purpose of use	This image is being used in the section of the English Wikipedia article "List of Iggy Arbuckle characters", in which the bio on Jiggers is provided. Articles in Wikipedia are generally considered to be of better quality if they have at least one image that serves a useful purpose in the article. This image therefore serves to illustrate that section of the article, as well as to decorate the infobox in that section, but more importantly it serves to identify the character.
Replaceable?	All characters, merchandise, designs and icons related to Iggy Arbuckle are copyrighted, therefore no free alternative exists to replace this image. As the copyright is still active, and has not expired, neither this image nor any alternative is in the public domain, either.
