The International Function Point Users Group is a US based organization of users of the software metric Function point analysis.

It was set up in 1986. The IFPUG conducts the twice-a-year examination which certifies the professionals across the World with a CFPS (Certified Function Point Specialist) certification. The current version of standard FP analysis is 4.3.
