After adding {{ifd}} at the top, you have to do the following:

I.
Inform the uploader.

Add this text:
{{subst:Idw|Template:IfD doc}}
II.
Add a notice in the caption on each page in the file links.

Add this text:
{{ifdc|Template:IfD doc|log=2008 June 13}}
III.
Add a line to today's IfD.
Add this text:

{{subst:Ifd2|IfD doc|Uploader= |Reason= }} ~~~~
