IFDG

International Flightsim Design Group (iFDG) is a freeware addon community that produces downloadable aircraft for Microsoft Flight Simulator.

iFDG is considered a benchmark in Flight Simulator aircraft design, with the company currently offering a downloadable line-up of Airbus A318, A319, A320, and A321, Boeing 757 and 767, and the McDonnell Douglas MD-11 aircraft.

While the most recent release from iFDG was the well-received A320/19/21 series, the group has not released a new design in over two years. The design group is working on an updated version of their Boeing 757-200, and an all new model, the Airbus A340-500. According to company representative, Albaro Villegas, these models will be released "When they're done".

Many members of the design group, especially the aircraft painters, are also members of Project Open Sky, a 'rival' freeware design group.
