If We Put Our Heads Together is a 1969 vocal duet studio album by American country singer-songwriters, Loretta Lynn and Ernest Tubb.

This was Lynn and Tubb's third studio album together. Their previous releases were released in 1965 and 1967 respectfully. The lead single from this album, "Who's Gonna Take the Garbage Out" was a Top 20 Country hit in 1969. It was the duo's first Top 40 hit together since 1966. The second single was the title track. This was the duo's last studio album together, however Decca would later release a compilation album of their hit duets together in the early 70s. The album included 11 tracks, one of which was written by Lynn, none by Tubb. The album peaked at #19 on the Billboard Top Country Albums chart in 1969.
