"If This Is It" is a power ballad-type song by American rock band Huey Lewis & The News. It was released on their third album Sports in 1983, and was a top-ten hit in 1984 on Billboard's Hot 100 and Adult Contemporary charts.
The band made a cameo appearance in Amazon Women on the Moon in which they spoofed the music video for "If This Is It".
The popular Canadian teen drama Degrassi: The Next Generation, which is known for naming each episode after a 1980s hit song, named an episode after this song.
