"If Only Everything" is a 1996 song (and 7" single) by American rock band Gamma Ray, later well known as Queens of the Stone Age. The single also contains the song "Born to Hula", and was released on the now defunct Man's Ruin label. Both tracks were featured on a 1997 split EP featuring tracks from the recently disbanded Kyuss and the newly formed QOTSA. "If Only Everything" was written by Josh Homme. A version of the song, entitled "If Only" is also included on QOTSA's first album, Queens of the Stone Age.
