IF Fløya is a Norwegian football club from the city of Tromsø. The club was founded on June 24, 1922 and named for Fløya mountain.
The women's team currently play in Toppserien, and has a bronze from the 2004 season as its best ever achievement.
The men currently play in the Third Division, Group 23. The famous Norwegian striker Rune Lange started his career in IF Fløya.
