[edit] Confusing article

I'm a practising lawyer and I am afraid I have no idea what this article means. Vidiofusion is a case about the misspelling of a company name in the London Gazette in an advertisement of a petition for bankruptcy. I'm not sure what general principle that is supposed to lead to. What on earth does "a person's identity is presumed known" mean? Either you know it or you don't. Francis Davey 23:39, 22 October 2007 (UTC)
