State Highway 3 is a road connecting U.S. Highway 12 with Interstate 90 in Idaho.

SH-3's southern terminus is near Arrow Gulch Creek Bridge to the east of Spalding, Idaho on Hwy 12. The northern terminus is east of the 4th of July Creek Bridge on Interstate 90.[2] The road crosses tribal lands of both the Nez Perce and the Couer d'Alene.
