This is the official logo used during the seminar-workshop on accessible ICT held at Bayview Hotel in Manila, Philippines. The designer, a wheelchaired person is commissioned by the National Council for the Welfare of Disabled Persons (Philippines) to design the logo and has given the rights to post it on the Internet. |

This is used to represent and support the general initiatives of the Philippines regarding web accessibility. This is a symbolic logo of how a person with disability can cope up with the changing world through the innovations in technology. |
