Ictinogomphus regisalberti is a species of dragonfly in family Gomphidae. It is found in Angola, Uganda, and possibly the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and rivers. It is threatened by habitat loss.
