The Icon Brickell complex is an urban development center in downtown Miami, Florida. It is currently under construction, with the first two phases set to open in 2008. The complex consists of three skyscrapers and the Icon Brickell Plaza, connecting the towers at their base. The first two towers are currently topped out and will be complete in 2008. The third tower's construction has topped out and the building will be complete in 2008. The first two towers, Icon Brickell North Tower and Icon Brickell South Tower, will be twin towers. Each one will be 586 ft (179 m) tall with 58 floors. The third phase of the complex is the Viceroy Tower, which will be 465 ft (142 m) tall with 46 floors. The complex is on the east side of Brickell Avenue between Southeast 5th and 6th Streets. It is at the far north end of Miami's Brickell Financial District. The architects are Arquitectonica and Philippe Starck.
