Hello! I see you're new to Wikipedia. I'm pretty new too. When you join Wikipedia, there are a lot of things you have to read. If you post some help me sort of thing, people will show you around (don't ask me exactly what you have to post, post a message asking what to post on this page). Also, wolf berries do not exclusively grow in the Himalayas but they do grow in the Himalayas.
