Ice Miller LLP is a large law firm in the United States and part of the US Law Firm Group. Ice Miller provides counsel to businesses, government entities and individuals. The firm has offices in Indianapolis, Indiana; Chicago, Illinois; Lisle, Illinois; and Washington, D.C. The firm has 250 lawyers who provide legal advice to clients world-wide.

The firm was ranked as one of the largest health law practices in the country by the American Health Lawyers Association. The ranking appeared in Modern Healthcare on February 4, 2008.

Working Mother magazine recognized the firm as one of the best places to work in 2007.

The firm is also known for its work in the area of NCAA compliance.
