[edit] Merging articles
A lot of these articles are a mere few sentences (I noticed this after looking at the breakaway article and wondering how many more there were like it). We could merge penalties, rule infractions, etc so a reasonable size article (or more if too long) can exist. It would be like how shootout was incorporated into overtime instead of making/keeping a separate page.
