[edit] Hey doc

Good work on Horner's syndrome. I removed the Emedicine link, because it is already listed in the infobox at the top right. I hope you'll stick around. There is a lively forum of medical contributors at WP:CLINMED - please join in! Let me know if you have any questions or issues. JFW | T@lk 21:33, 15 September 2007 (UTC)

[edit] merging accounts

{{helpme}}had an old account (mrnmibrc) which I never used. Recently I accidentally logged in and edited a page (inflammation) with this old account. Is it possible to merge my old account and my new (read: active) account so that there is no further confusion, and so that the credit for my recent edit on my old account goes to my current (and more recognized) account? Thanks, Ibrmrn (talk) 19:35, 18 November 2007 (UTC).

You only have 2 edits on your last account. Also, I cant guarantee that your last account is in fact yours. If you could log on with it, leave a note on my talk page to say that you are 'Ibrmrn3000' I would be happy to make your previous accounts user page and talk page into redirects to this page. Any more questions, feel free to contact me. Tiddly-Tom 19:50, 18 November 2007 (UTC)
Thanks for confirming that for me. I hope you can understand that it would not be good practice if I just changed what could have been someone else's account with out checking. I have changed the other accounts user and user talk page into redirects to your user page and this page respectably. If you want to make sure that you do not edit again using the last account:
  1. Log on your old account.
  2. Copy the code below into your monobook.js. MAKE SURE YOU ARE LOGGED ON THE OTHER ACCOUNT - only folow that link when logged onto your other account which you do not wish to ever use. Save the page.
  3. Reload a wikipedia page. Mozilla/Safari/Konqueror: hold down Shift while clicking Reload (or press Ctrl-Shift-R), IE: press Ctrl-F5, Opera: press F5.
  4. Contact me on my talk page with any problems.
Edited out to save space
Good questions! What the script I asked you to use did was, if you accidentally try to log on to the other account, you will be logged out again. This will prevent you from, by mistake, making edits. If for what ever reason you really wanted to your the other account, we can speak to an admin who is able to edit anyone's monobook. This brings me on to what it is! Monobook.js is where you can put JavaScript code, they can be useful for many things you can find a list and descriptions of them here. A better description of what the monobook is can be found here. As allways, I am happy to help with any more problems or questions :) Tiddly-Tom 19:36, 20 November 2007 (UTC)

Hello Sarindam. I'm sorry to say that your article on COX-3 is indeed plagiarism. Please don't copy from just one source, copy from many! Seriously, you should update the article so that it isn't in violation of copyright. Also please sign your comments on talk pages with four tildes.
