Ibrahim Kemoh Sessay is a Sierra Leonean politician. From Port Loko District, Sessay is a member of the All People's Congress. He is both a member of the Parliament of Sierra Leone as well as the Pan-African Parliament.

Sessay easily won re-election in 2007; with 75.7% of the total vote in his district, he had beat Munirr Sankoh of the Sierra Leone People's Party by nearly 9,000 votes. [1]
