Ibrahim Dossey (born November 24, 1972 in Accra) is a football goalkeeper from Ghana. He won a bronze medal at the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona with the young Ghanaian team.

Since 2001 he has been playing in Romania, mostly for FC Braşov, but also for Rapid Bucureşti. In 2005/06 he was transferred to Pandurii Târgu-Jiu.
