IBM Lotus Connections is a proprietary Web-based social software application distributed by the Lotus Software division of IBM.
It was announced at Lotusphere 2007. Version 1.0 shipped on June 27, 2007.
Lotus Connections has five parts: Profiles, Communities, Blogs, Dogear (social bookmarking), and Activities.
