This is an illustration to show what Ignore All Rules does NOT mean. The picture is of me in my vehicle at a 30 mph sign while my speedometer shows something like 140 mph. In reality, I was actually stopped and my speedometer is broken; as proof, note the RPMs are at idle (see previous version of picture for RPMs). This is an actual picture and is not photoshopped in any way
