[edit] Theories,concepts and inalienable rights

In regard to theoretical and conceptual, I am playing a bit of a devils advocate with offering the perspective that conscience is a sense. Not entirely insincerely because it is a position through which I can understand religion. That said, to your thinking, are all concepts theories? I tend to think a concept defines a class of objects but a theory predicts relationships among concepts. I would like these to be mutually exclusive statements but I am not sure if they are. Also I recently ran across the "subjective liberty of the will being inalienable" derivation of rights[1]. Do you know much about this? Mrdthree 13:18, 9 October 2007 (UTC)
