Year of birth? RJFJR 19:53, 1 May 2007 (UTC)

One isn't likely going to get a date of birth, as Ian Fraser decided consciously to ignore years and numbers, early in his career, and consistently avoided giving his age, in any interviews. I don't think it was as simple a reason as 'vanity' - he just has some radical alternative idea's about 'numbers' and their meanings and potential impact on reality. [edit] Change of Page Heading Required

Ian Fraser is more known (at least in South African literary circles) as a Playwright. Given the large body of theatrical work listed, and at least some academic sources detailing his contribution to South African theater - even though he became known to the public via his weekly newspaper columns, I think for clarity and accuracy, and to enable the rapid sourcing of the info on 'playwright Ian Fraser', I think the 'Ian Fraser (columnist)' page title, should be changed to 'Ian Fraser (playwright)' Thoughts?

[edit] Cleaned Up Required in-text citations. Tags still needed?

Cleaned up the tagged in-text citations, showing proper links where available, to verifiable references in the article. Does this article still need the tags? (citations needed, start class etc). There's a reasonable quantity of verifiable references, but there's also a lot that remains in off-line academic works (some cited at the bottom of the article) - and which won't be available until the newly added link - the National English Literary Museum - puts their collection of his material and related-media, online). —Preceding unsigned comment added by MrFrankenstein (talkcontribs) 15:44, 18 December 2007 (UTC)
