Purpose of use

Fair use as

  1. historically significant image in the history of The Cult it features Ian Astbury, in the very early stages of th ebands history and I am claiming it for use in the section about the Southern Death Cult in the Cult's main article. It is a primary means of depicting this period of time, the band was only together for 16 months and so images are very hard to come by, obviously they cannot be re-created because it is from a specific time period.
