Ianca is a town in Brăila County, Romania. The city had a population of 12,886 people, making it Brăila County's second-largest city.

The first mention of the city dates from 1834.

The area administrated by the town has 186 km², of which 10,9² have the residential area status and is divided in seven administrative areas:
