Ian Vouyoukas (Greek: Ίαν Βουγιούκας; born May 31, 1985 in Athens, Greece), is a Greek professional basketball player who currently plays for the Greek club Rethymno BC. He played collegiately in the United States for Saint Louis University in Saint Louis, Missouri.
A 6'10" (2.08m) Center/Power Forward, Vouyoukas was named First-Team All-Atlantic 10 Conference and was ranked 14th in the A-10 in scoring at 13.9 points per game and sixth in rebounding at 7.4 rebounds per game. He started basketball in his native country, with Aris Glyfadas and then moved to Ilisiakos BC, before traveling to the US, where he stayed until the end of the 2006-2007 season.
