Ian Ramsay

Professor Ian Ramsay (born 1958) is the director of the Center for Corporate Law and Securities Regulation at the University of Melbourne in Melbourne, Australia. He is a lawyer, author, and prominent media commentator on corporate law and securities law issues in Australia.
