Ian Hyland

Ian Hyland (born 23 September 1969, brought up in Chesterfield, Derbyshire) is a British television critic. He wrote a column for the Sunday Mirror from 2000 to 2005 and appeared on Five's The Wright Stuff from 2003 to 2005. He has also appeared on This Morning and various TV nostalgia and retrospective documentaries. He currently writes for the News of the World. He has been billed as "the TV" critic with the widescreen mouth" due to his outspoken, self-assertive style.
