Ian Erix

Ian Erix is an American singer/songwriter from Long Island, New York. His music is usually classified as pop rock, pop punk, or emo. He has a big following in Europe, Asia and Africa where he has had top ten hits. His record label has announced plans to bring his music to the United States in 2008.

-- Ian Erix has been linked romantically to pop rock singer Ashlee Simpson. Tabloid reports have speculated on their relationship and frequently report that Ashlee's father Joe Simpson has a dislike for Ian who is reportedly too punk for his daughter. Both Ian and Ashlee have publicly denied the relationship even when photos emerged of the pair smooching outside an LA hot spot.
