Ian P Buckingham is a management consultant in the organisation development, engagement, internal communication and change management fields.

As a director of internal communication and change consultancy Smythe Dorward Lambert he merged SDL post Omnicom acquisition with the Omnicom owned brand agency Interbrand to form Interbrand Inside. He has since established the Bring Yourself 2 Work Fellowship, a network of engagement specialists drawn from the consultancy, arcomms agency and arts in business worlds www.by2w.co.uk. They work with organisations across sectors to assist leaders engage employees more effectively with the organisation in the interest of driving sustainable business improvements.
