Ian Anthony Dale (born July 3, 1978) is an American television actor.

Born in Saint Paul, Minnesota, he attended school in Madison, Wisconsin. He is half Japanese, half French-English. Dale is perhaps best known for his starring role as Davis Lee on the now cancelled series Surface, or for his recurring role on Charmed as Avatar Gamma. He has also appeared on shows such as Las Vegas, JAG, Day Break, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, Criminal Minds, and in 2007 appears in 24 as the minor character Zhou. In 2004, Dale appeared in the film Mr. 3000 as the Japanese pitcher Fukuda, alongside Bernie Mac, Angela Bassett & Chris Noth. He will be appearing in the Tekken movie as Kazuya Mishima.
